“Everyone has the potential for healthy, average and unhealthy attitudes and behaviours. With awareness and practice, you’ll be better able to maintain beneficial attitudes and behaviours.”
Life In My Hands delivers coaching programs designed to help individuals realise their full potential. Each program takes a holistic view, addressing relationships, career, health and finances together, recognising that each area influences the others.
At the core of the approach are two key pillars:
Together, these create both awareness and direction - helping individuals understand themselves while also learning how to consciously shape their life experience.
The philosophy is grounded in education and enablement. Rather than creating dependency, each program equips participants with practical tools, techniques and perspectives they can apply independently to create lasting change.

Here are some common questions about personal coaching.
The Enneagram is a personality framework that explains how individuals think, feel and behave. It is used to identify underlying patterns and motivations, helping participants better understand themselves and direct their attitudes and behaviours toward more preferred outcomes.
The initial session is a 90-minute deep dive into your primary and wing (secondary) Enneagram personality types. It provides practical insight into how you operate, why you respond the way you do and how to work with these patterns more effectively.
Each participant receives a practical set of materials designed to support both understanding and application. This typically includes:
All programs begin with an Enneagram profiling session, which forms the foundation for the coaching work. Many clients choose to start here before deciding whether to continue into a program.
Both programs include an Enneagram profiling session and 3 x 60-minute follow-up sessions. Essentials Plus includes additional support in the form of: email summaries following each session; the option to check-in between sessions. It is suited to those who benefit from additional support, either for motivation or when navigating difficult circumstances.
Personal coaching is suited to individuals seeking greater clarity around how to achieve a more satisfying life experience. At its core, the work focuses on helping you understand how you are wired and what it looks like for you to operate at your best. From that place, decision-making becomes clearer, relationships improve and setting and achieving meaningful goals becomes more natural.
Life In My Hands combines Enneagram personality profiling with Law of Attraction principles to provide guidance tailored to the individual, rather than relying on generic coaching frameworks or broad motivational advice. While the underlying philosophy draws on spiritual concepts, the coaching itself is highly practical — focused on day-to-day changes that improve perspective, foster a more empowered mindset and create greater clarity around decision-making, goal setting and how to move forward.
Psychologists are trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Their work often focuses on identifying dysfunction, understanding its causes and helping individuals process or manage those challenges in day-to-day life. Life In My Hands coaching is not clinical. Rather than addressing dysfunction, the focus is on helping otherwise functional individuals better understand their underlying motivations and how those motivations shape attitudes and behaviours. From there, the work centres on improving perspective, enhancing day-to-day experience and helping individuals operate more effectively across key areas of life. For those experiencing trauma or clinical mental health concerns, working with a psychologist may be more appropriate. Coaching can complement psychological support but does not replace it.
Life In My Hands offers business solutions grounded in the principles of organisational effectiveness.
Organisational effectiveness is the ability of a business to consistently execute its intent. It exists when strategy, structure, leadership, systems and ways of working are aligned and mutually reinforcing.
When these foundations are clear and fit for purpose, businesses reduce friction, improve accountability and create the conditions for sustainable performance.
Here are some common questions about business advisory and operational support.
Business coaching and advisory support is suited to small and medium-sized businesses seeking to improve performance, address operational friction or strengthen leadership capability. Support is relevant both for established businesses looking to optimise and for start-ups seeking to build strong foundations from the outset.
A business health check is a structured review used to identify issues and opportunities across the business through the lens of organisational effectiveness. Using the Organisational Effectiveness framework as a guide, the review assesses the key pillars that influence business performance. This includes: documenting existing issues and risk exposures; reviewing the effectiveness of current processes and procedures; assessing leadership capability and team effectiveness; evaluating the work environment as a driver of collaboration and engagement. Findings are collated and used to inform an agreed set of priorities and actions.
Individual sessions are suited to targeted issues requiring focused input, where a broader project engagement is not necessary. This may include advisory support around specific decisions, leadership coaching, problem-solving or short-term operational guidance during periods of change.
Project engagements are suited to situations where issues are interconnected, systemic or require sustained attention across multiple areas of the business. They are typically used where a more structured, holistic approach is required to diagnose issues, prioritise solutions and support implementation over time.
Where appropriate, support may extend beyond initial advisory or project work into an ongoing advisory or operational role. Depending on business needs, this may involve strategic advisory input, operational coordination or hands-on support in a capacity similar to an outsourced Operations Manager or Business Solutions Manager.
Life In My Hands combines strategic advisory with practical operational support. Rather than delivering high-level recommendations alone, the focus is on helping businesses diagnose issues clearly, determine the right course of action and support implementation where required.

Here are some common questions about workshops and educational offerings.
These workshops are suited to individuals with a genuine interest in personality, behavioural patterns and the underlying motivations that shape human behaviour. They are designed for those seeking to deepen their understanding of themselves, gain greater insight into others and develop a broader perspective on the human condition.
No prior experience is required for EP1. It is designed as the foundational entry point into Enneagram education. EP2 and EP3 require prior completion of prerequisite workshops.
Participants receive workshop materials and practical reference tools to support both learning and ongoing application. EP1 also includes a copy of The Wisdom of the Enneagram: The Complete Guide to Psychological and Spiritual Growth for the Nine Personality Types by Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson, and a set of Enneagram Personality Cards.
EP1 focuses on understanding the nine Enneagram personality types. EP2 teaches participants how to identify the Enneagram types of others using modern physiognomy techniques. EP3 is an advanced masterclass designed to refine and deepen live profiling capability.
Traditional goal setting approaches (such as S.M.A.R.T.) often assume that discipline and structure alone drive outcomes. In reality, these methods can fall short outside corporate or KPI-based environments, where mindset, motivation and emotional factors play a much greater role.
Workshops are designed for adults and are best suited to participants aged 18 years and over.
