Life In My Hands delivers coaching programs designed to help individuals realise their full potential. Each program takes a holistic view, addressing relationships, career, health and finances together.
At the core of the approach are two key pillars:

Life In My Hands offers business solutions grounded in the principles of organisational effectiveness — the ability of a business to consistently execute its intent. It exists when strategy, structure, leadership, systems and ways of working are aligned and mutually reinforcing.
When these foundations are clear, businesses reduce friction, improve accountability and create the conditions for sustainable performance.

Enneagram Personality Types
Goal Setting
Most goal setting fails not because people lack discipline, but because they work against themselves. This workshop starts with alignment rather than pressure — participants learn how to clarify what they want, recognise emotional signals and set goals that feel both motivating and achievable.
Delivered as Make New Year's Resolutions Stick at the start of each year — supporting participants to review, reset and set intentions with clarity and direction.
